Secure Guest Network

Guests connect to The Driscoll guest network. Property management systems are not intended for guest access.

Fair Use Policy

Normal guest internet use is included. Please avoid unlawful, abusive or unusually heavy use that could disrupt the service or property systems.

Network Privacy

We do not monitor guest browsing activity. Network equipment may retain basic technical connection information, such as device connection status and performance data, so faults can be diagnosed.

Troubleshooting

WiFi Issues

  • Ensure you’re connecting to The Driscoll and double-check the password.
  • Move closer to an access point for better signal strength.

Ethernet Issues

  • Ensure your device is set to accept wired connections.
  • Restart your device or reseat the Ethernet cable if the connection seems slow or unstable.

Slow Internet

  • Restart your device or toggle WiFi off and on.

The property uses NBN Fibre with Telstra 5G backup. If internet seems slow, restart your device, toggle WiFi off and on, or try moving closer to an access point. Brief slowdowns can still occur due to upstream provider issues, WiFi signal, device limitations or network load.

Please do not reboot, reset or unplug routers, switches, access points, NBN/5G equipment or other network devices unless asked by the property manager.
